Dude the same thing happened in 2015. Likewise, those from SS and SE but living in Lagos or Abuja complained on how INEC refused to give them their PVC in 2015. Therefore, for what reason won't it happen again in 2019? Was corruption and nepotism eradicated from Niggeria? No it was not.
