How can some people just wake up and insult others from the comfort of their phone This woman was neither a government official nor the wife of a president but she is the richest woman in Nigeria, according to Forbes This must have taken a lot of hard work and diligence to achieve, regardless of the alleged support she got from politicians. if it was that easy, why didn't the members of my family and your families gain similar favors. let us learn to respect or at least acknowledge achievements of others because that is the only way we can understand what it takes to achieve something in life. Well done ma 5 Likes |

Madam, will you keep kwayet. You made your money through oil blocs you fronted for Maryam Babangida in the 80s, of which you were given some and you just managed it successfully. Thats what you tell us. 1 Like |

Laple0541:God,God,God. Does the average Nigerian have anything else in his head asides this? Why is the sun blistering hot these days? Typical Nigerian answer:only god knows. Why is it raining? Answer:God. Why is Nigeria so dangerously corrupt? Nigerian answer:God. Why are some people wealthy yet others dirt poor? Here comes the impossible Nigerian answer again: The omnipotent God granted some wealth whilst others have to hue and wail to the heavens for him to bless them... WTF?! And you wonder why we are 3rd world with this pre-historic age state of mind? Dammit. 5 Likes 1 Share |

A lot of people have castigated this women when they obviously don't know what transpired . Many did not know that this woman fought a legal battle with the FG for 12 years before she won the right to 60% stake in the oil block she was awarded. The people bashing her did not know that as at the time the block was awarded to her, nobody was exploring deep offshore in Nigeria because it was expensive. The FG believed oil was in commercial quantity in this block until she was able to get a technical partner in Chevron. Yes, Maryam Babangida gave her access to the then Minister of Petroleum, but it didn't end there as she had to struggle for many years before she was granted. You have to know someone if you want to do a business of this magnitude.........You cant sit down inside your bedroom and expect someone to give you oil bloc 3 Likes |
