Rivers state has been where rigging takes place most.kano state is learning where rivers state the rig oga.riversg gave obj 2 million votes in 2003,kano has never given a candidate up to 2 million before even with its highet population.

Let them ask him if INEC is independent? The executive appoints its commissioners and fund them and he is talking of independence. The woman he handed over to was replaced by the president and he is talking about independence.

Does anyone remember the 2011 national assembly elections. Professor Jega for me remains the 'only' electoral chief to have cancelled an ongoing election in Nigeria and yet a section of the people say he has been the best on that job. It is also on record that many people suggested then that inec was not ready for that election. But anyhow we still give him kudos for the achievements made.

Jega wasn't a scam in 2011 when he conducted that election and GEJ won.
