Loneliness is just part of the problem. The social media has turned us all into introverts and made us less social in real sense of the word, the irony of the 21st century. Therefore, many people are now lonely than ever before because people are less interested in spending actual time together. However, the real problem is the pressure from the society. I.e. the expectations from family and friends. A lot of people have been forced into unwanted marriages as a result of this pressure. |
