When north and South Korea were viewed from space satellite at night, the streets of South Korea looked more illuminated from the sky showing adequate supply of electricity in the south than north. For example ,everyone must go to bed around 10pm and wake up at 6am. There's specific days to go to the parks and beaches . everyone must dress modestly. etc. Not that this is bad ,but humans prefer to do things at their own free will.
