Stop playing politics with this. Dino melaye is the most vibrant lawmaker in the red chamber and deserves no recall. he is being targeted and PDP knows that, however they are rooting for his continue stay in the senate.

So the game plan is to have him in custody while the verification is going on, they also locked up his brothers and aides that will help.

Exercise in futility as the final process of recall will be done by senate president, all saraki will do is to put the recall file in his drawer and forget it, since he as the senate president is empowered to announce the recall the senator at plenary by law.

The Peoples Democratic Party has directed its members in Kogi State to vote against the recall of Senator Dino Melaye (APC-Kogi West) during the verification of signatures of petitioners holding on Saturday, April 28.

In a statement in Lokoja on Friday, the party said that it was not in support of the recall of Melaye from the beginning.

The Independent National Electoral Commission had fixed April 28 for the verification of signatures of petitioners that signed for Melaye’s.



INEC said that the verification would hold from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in 552 of 560 polling units in the seven local governments that make up Kogi West Senatorial District.

No mind them brother. Dem be fools. If them like make them do anyhow, the people of Kogi who initiated this recall already know what to do... PDP can't certainly buy their conscience. When Dino was busy disgracing himself, doing musical videos mocking people up and down, and bragging, fighting in the house and displaying is wealth on social media and also bragging about it instead of going for the business the Kogi people which he represents sent him to the Senate to do, where was PDP? Dino has so displayed so many childish behaviour not expected of a sitting senator. Now the people want him out for being useless and insensitive to their plight and PDP come out to talk shit.
