I do not usually discuss IPOB.

But let me make this remark.

There were reported killing of IPOB members at Ugwuocha in Rivers state on the guise of celebrating the election victory of President Trump.

The IPOB members who celebrated the victory of Trump were hopeful or rather brainwashed into believing that the US president will stand with them.

However, the inability of the same Trump to make mention of that incident or make any remark on the activity of IPOB during his meeting with President Buhari is an indication that our youths are under brainwash.

Those brainwashing our Igbo youths give them false hope that all major countries and leaders are with them.

Those who bombed the home of the Ohaneze President, John Nwodo are likely to be under the same brainwash.

Our youths are being misled heavily. They are against genuine Igbo leaders who mean well for Igbo agenda while becoming victims to those brainwashing them.

Trump praised Buhari for his administration's fight against corruption in Nigeria. The "world president " also said, the USA had sold some bombardier aircraft to Nigeria to fight criminality.

Even though the US President recognised the killings of Christians in Nigeria, there was no indictment on the govt and its agencies as against their position on terrorism fight under President Jonathan.

Bia, what year will such a visit take place? All through the visit, Trump never mentioned IPOB once. And this is the same IPOB that kept claiming America would come to their rescue last year, and that they had filed charges against Buhari's men such as Buratai & co, in a US court. Trump did not even give them a passing mention. What does that tell you?

IPOB is never and has never been the problem of Ndigbo! Our major problem as a people is the enemy within, like this one that somehow claims to be privy to all that was discussed in the confines of the Oval office!
