Lots of Christians feel it's by fasting and prayers.
Tho fasting and prayers cannot be over emphasized but a clean heart is also important for you go get the answers to your prayers...

If you don't tithe or give to the needy from your heart you are merely giving the money away...there's no blessing attached...
