When oil was selling for $110/barel in 2012, okonjo panicked and told us to get ready for recession

When oil was selling for $80/barrel in 2014, okonjo panicked and introduced austerity measures and told us to get ready for hardship and recession.

Okonjo was so useless that she had no clue where our money was going and coming from, all the agencies did not remitted little or nothing into the federal account in her care and she did not ask any question.

Okonjo sat like mumu when all the money generating agencies opened dozens of illegal accounts to steal our money, but the same okonjo sat like mumu and did nothing.

Oknonjo stole our $2 billion and gave it to Dasuki/ATM to share with Jona and his crooked and corrupt PDP cronies, she even wrote in her approval letter that she won't demand accountability for the money. Imagine the finance minister giving away $2 billion and washing her hands off our money as if it wasn't her business as the finance minister. Who does that?

......but under Keki Adeosun, she arrived when oil was selling for $27/barrel, but she did not panic, she did not surrender, she did not introduce austerity measures, she bravely managed our economy out of recession, made sure every Kobo our agencies generate ends up in the federal account in her care, unlike lazy and incompetent okonjo who looked the other way.

Under Adeosun and with oil selling for less, she still grew our economy, grew our savings and get us out of recession with ease.


Imagine okonjo as the finance minister with oil selling for $27/barrel. I see her auctioning Nigeria for pennies.


Performance and records on the ground mean Adeosun is smarter, more intelligent and capable than over bloated okonjo who presided over the largest earnings in the history of Nigeria, but still left us with a battered economy, undiversified economy, debts, emptied treasury and borrowings to pay salaries.

NOI didn't nothing wrong on her part. She was decieved into releasing funds duely aproved by the president to fight bokoharam via office of the NSA which she has no say in the use of such funds. Bokoharam was a real threat at the time bt going by wat Apc said in their probe the funds were diverted for other purposes. However The economy was very stable under her watch. Even buhari is borrowing funds for security purposes hopefully it won't be diverted.

Okonjo was powerless and she crumbled like a baby when oil was selling for almost 3 times more than under Adosun, but Adeosun took charge like a real professional.
