MakeNigeriaGrea:Most developed nations in the world started from somewhere We have the three gorges dams in China generating nearly 23000 mw built in the middle stages of the Chinese industrial revolution that took the world by storm in the late 2000s. Ghana our neighboring country depends a lot on the dam on lake Volta for its steady electricity. We have many of such dams around the world that have sparked industrial activities. I believe the security and joblessness that are very evident in many streets all over Nigeria is not unrelated. This type of projects and more like it can change that anytime. Security is not about having more guns than criminals all the time. 1 Like |

Nbote: Why are you this confusing to yourself It started in 2017. And you said before the government started. Or were those equipments on the road also abandoned on the road before the government took it over? Please which government was in power in 2017? Smony: FEC approves N46.15bn to complete Kashimbila dam projects 1. The useless, corrupt and incompetent PDP started kashimbila in 2007 and was never completed because your Joina and his PDP looting and stealing gang looted the funds. 2. Fast forward to 2017, PMB approved N46.15bn to complete Kashimbila dam projects. So, you Jona did not travel forward in time to start the project in 2007 and he did not jump to 2018 to complete an uncompleted project. Btw, in news reporting, they use stock pictures relating to subject matters in news stories. 3 Likes |

Nbote: 1. The man said Heavy equipment are being moved to the construction site either to be installed or used during construction. Or you mean they are not going to move any equipment to be installed or used during construction to the site? Must you people reason and argue like kindergarten school children? 2. Going by the above, your reading and comprehension skills sucks. 5 Likes 1 Share |

honestly, those pdp -jonathan supporters should list a couple of things that guy did... we don't expect the se/ss to support buhari and that's fine ....we are hoping saraki and his sidekick ike to leave AC and return to where they come from, dino the thug has already left. the same nass lead that the traitor saraki were the ones who reduced the lagos/ibadan road's budget -they did the thing to many other critical infrastructures so they could build boreholes and steal the rest. |

Caseless: Olodo-est OLODO RABATA, shior!!!!!!, he is very correct. That is why Ajaokuta is not working. Building an Aluminium/Steel smelting company without consulting from the Power Authority if the necessary power infrastructure to deliver the right amount of current(which could be close to a thousand Amps depending on the number of arc-furnaces present) to heat their furnace to 2900 degrees fahrenheit was in place was a stupid act. No matter the Megawatts generated, Ajaokuta can never work until we begin to build newer 330/132KV transmission lines and upgrade the switch gears. You have to fix transmission first before you start building Generators everywhere, but President Buhari is already behaving like the El Dullardo before him. |

solar energie is not that strong, but when you understand, solar is enough for tvs, phones and such...ofcourse not enough for refriegerators and such...but for that you have batteries.....many years now i dont know what power shortage is..... dangerous is convertion.... you must understand how convertion works when they bring on the lights back... if you dont....it will detroy all your electonic devices..... better let a specialist fix it for you..... |
Re: 3,050 Megawatts Mambilla Power Project In Taraba (Pictured) by justtoodark: 11:17pm On Jul 28, 2018 |
but i still pay bills for electricity....i mostly have electricity were i live..... i live at the 4th floor...i see areas without light when i look from my balcony....but i have light.... i always advice my neighbors to pay their electricity billl..... its annoying and embarasing when a electricity guy pop up from somewhere and want to cut your line.... it effects the ol place....nigeria is just not that sufficient enough to be offing and oning electricity over and over again.... and its very stressfull to the national grid.... thats why it always collapse.....too much switching on and switching off..... |
