Sort of sounds strange that a girl shows willingness anf desire to kiss you on phone and sudenly refuses when you meet her in person. Oral hygiene can be very embarassing and the trouble is that you would probably never be told by anyone.

So me advice is to prepare well in advance for her.Mouth wash, mouth freshener or chewing gum. If things change, then there is your problem, and solution.
