The 2nd one was the statement of results from the school Principal which always contains ALL subjects taken by any candidate.

The 1st one is his WAEC certificate, which according to WAEC’s policy, always omits failed subjects. Therefore, because Buhari had F9 in both Mathematics and Woodwork, they were NOT included in the WAEC certificate.

Ask anyone who works at WAEC or any current or former secondary school Principal!
