it takes a certain number of sperm cells to cause fertilization..its a very tough competition goin on in there so the spermatozoa in pre-cum is usually not sufficient enough to cause pregnancy so complete withdrawal before ejaculation ideally, is a way of preventing pregnancy. except in instance where the popular medical statement comes in " you can never say never in medicine "

so I don't know if your are trying to say I should wait for averagely 7 years again after my 8 years I spent in medscul before I should get married
