I'm with you guy. in the part of the world you will see a poverty striking parent looking for a child mainly for very selfish reasons. they will tell you that they need someone to take care of them when they are old. some even give birth to dozens in hope that one of them might get rich. they never considered the wellbeing of this children and many a time they a subject to hardship and other vice. poor upbringing and sometimes suicidal or into crimes.

Logically speaking I don't see his point. His argument is that giving birth to kids without their consent is morally wrong which makes no sense at all since it is impossible to get their consent. The post says he's an anti-natalist not an advocator for children's right.

However, if his grouch is about the sense of entitlement parents feel for raising a child, I think he's misled. Although parents are tasked with the moral and legal responsibility of raising a child, once the child comes of age he/she is free to decide what to do with his life. Being appreciative for parental support is not legally binding but morally commendable. Especially when they extend their support beyond the time they are legally bound to.

Procreation is a natural cause and tagging it a crime is just absurd. He should rather push to legalize suicide. If you feel unjustly done by being born into this world then you're free to leave at your own discretion.

So how/which medium is his parent suppose to get this consent from him?

In as much as your other points are understandable, it's missing the fact that he (the child) is only considered a legal person capable of going into agreement after reaching the age of maturity (18 in most countries). Even if his parents were to ask for his consent before birthing him, how will they get it from something that doesn't exist yet?
