It is blatantly wrong for the president of the country to utter such. It would have been more responsible of him to have said offenders will certainly be punished according to the provision of our laws.

Shut up!!!! I understand pretty well what he said and I have a brain of my own to interprete the statement. He did not say it in that manner that you’re talking about and yes, people that steal ballot paper should be judged in a jungle justice way if that will stop them from doing that.
