The effect of this is that price of phones originating from China and Taiwan will increase like huawei, tecno, etc. I laud China for crashing the price of smartphones. Their phones on average cost a fifth the price of iphones. Imagine if all phones were made by the west. Then Nigerian youths will have to save for 3 years to be able to afford an phone.
