I'll go with a contrary opinion here. Masturbation is natural and harmless. Contrary to the reactions you are getting here, most people masturbate. You only have a problem when the compulsion to masturbate is disrupting your life. My advice to you is this, stop seeing yourself as a sinner or some king of dirty person. Stop beating yourself up, you are normal guy. If you keep beating yourself and having guilt it could lead to depression. Slowly reduce your rate. Your target should be to masturbate once a week or once every two weeks. Don't listen to the people telling you to go get a girlfriend or marry because if that's your main reason for the relationship it probably won't last long. You also expose yourself a lot of risks that you wouldn't have if you masturbate.

Also if you're masturbating every day, then it means you probably aren't very busy. Try and get a job, if not study your books or the most effective, hang out with friends/people.

My final point is that there's nothing wrong with you. You are great guy with potential and a great future and you masturbating/or not will not change that. Work hard and achieve your potential, I know it's difficult to overcome society's beliefs but you have to try, and if you do want to reduce or stop , do it for yourself and take it easy.

Firstly agree to stop it in your mind
Create an habit tracker on a daily basis
Discipline your self to keep to the daily tracker for atleast a month.
Remember because you said you want to stop, does not mean it will automatically stop You must participate in your rescue.
