ChiefkeefGB4: Addressing reporters after the sitting, Tinubu described his case as political persecution and challenged his accusers to bring proof of his foreign accounts, if they had any. Slow down, the case against Tinubu was not about stolen funds, it was illegally operating foreign bank accounts. Do you know why his enemies don't talk about that case? It's because it was a rubbish case that wasn't going anywhere to start with, technicality or no technicality. That was a trumped-up case with no evidence, no accounts with money, just dormant accounts belonging to his wife and his kids. Saraki's case, on the other hand, is about facts and real criminal wrongdoing from where the money was stolen from, the amount, who withdrew the funds and what he did wh the funds. Now, please tell us why GEJ and his goons did not include in their court documents what Tinubu stole, how much, from where and what he did with it. If you are going to claim corruption, first show us what he stole, from where, how much and what he did with the money. Btw, talking about foreign bank accounts, according to the Panama papers, Saraki as a public official was and is still operating foreign and even secrete bank accounts all over the world. The only residence credited to Tinubu is his Ikpyi resident but crooks and voracious looter like Saraki is the owner of mansions in Ikoyi and all over the world. |

Wiseandtrue: Many people like you just like supporting corruption by proxy; when things do not favor your candidates, you bring irrelevant issues to divert attention of people from the main issue of the moment. From what you read, Efcc said they have secured evidences to nail Saraki at moment, perhabs, not that of Tinubu for now. To assist Efcc, all you talked about Tinubu above, kindly, gather tangible evidences you have and either head to court by yourself/through human right activist or present them to EFCC to know wheather Efcc will work on them or not before pitching your tent with corrupt ex-lord of kwara emotionally. Many people like you will just stick to evidences you gathered on social media like twitter, facebook, youtube and nairaland and think is enough to win court cases. Nawahoo! my sister, at least let us think rationally for once even if it is in a month and stop sentiment for a while. |
