hush15:It was local..that is why each card reader was assigned to a unique particular unit. Each polling unit data was already loaded into the memory of the card reader at INEC Headquarters before disbursement to each polling unit so that voters details can be verified without back server needed. this was why areas without internet access could be accredited and vote as well. |
