I wish to talk about some idea l've been ruminating on:

Firstly,about Energy. I see energy as a by-product...of the ECK. That energy is a state of the ECK at a given time and space...what do you think?

Secondly, the air breathed in isn't chiefly oxygen...the ECK is also...(OK l just got a notion that Oxygen too is a state of the ECK... )...continuing, we also breath in Ether. Now l think the nomenclature is confusing me, is ECK same as Ether?

Third, Fasting: Does it have a bearing on how much ECK one gathers? as in store up...l know their are ways one can gather ECK momentum. Is fasting one of such or is strictly for self discipline? Thanks.

PS:I see fasting as a discipline which helps one come in tandem with the ECK ways.

When the ECK flows from the pure heavenly worlds into the lower worlds, from It springs forth Energy, Time and Space and matter which are the building blocks of the lower universes. Energy is simply a by product of ECk and not ECK itself. Just like matter too.

The ether is actually the psychic energy that forms the backbone of the matter in the lower universes. It takes it source from the ECK and but it is not the ECK. It is the energy that occultists uses to manipulate matter in performing magic.
ECK of course can not be manipulated by anyone

Yes of course fasting helps to accelerate spiritual growth. But you should be aware of the various types of fasting done in Eckankar. The one recommended by the Master is the Mental fast where you purge your mind of all negativity and focus your attention on God. Before you do the other types of fasting like the dry fasting or partial fasting you are advised to consult your Physician to rule out any underlying illness that may be worsened by the stress of food fast.
