Does he have vines in Onitsha, or does he import them? ...tell us what we don't know, perharps he just mix water and some canned fruit juice to produce these wines, ehh? If he imports them they come through Lagos, his distribution center in Onitsha not withstanding. So unless he has large distribution point very close to Lagos ports, Ejison is under-optimized.

Innoson can cut cost by having his major operation very close to ports in Lagos to optimize his brand.

Innoson source most of their parts locally, especially Nnewi that is known for auto parts manfacturers and market which doesn't exist in Ogun or any southwestern states
