This is quite simple. Everybody is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a competent court of law. When incidents like this break out, everybody should seek for more information on the subject. Information enlightens.

It could be true or false, but some of the things in his allegation tally with the things in the indictment by the Department of Justice (which is what brought it to my attention).
