Cooking isn't that complicated as many stated previously. A simple dish can go a long way when a person is hungry. I will share one of my famous recipe seeing that I am a southern bred and fed married woman who sat in my granny's kitchen from age 7 or 8 and can out cook my own granny,

Southern Noodles with Meat

1 lb of cooked meat of your choice but I suggest pork sausage or beef sausage in USA we calls them hot dogs,

8 pack of Ramen Top Noodles or Instant noodles in Nigeria

1 whole onion diced

1 clove of garlic crushed

1 whole tomato diced

Seasoning from the Ramen Top noddles packages

A dash of crushed peppers (black)


You must first boil the water before you add the noodles
Once the water is boiling add the noodles and stir fast for 2 minutes
Let the noodles cook and stir every 60 seconds because you do not want the noddles to clump together
for about three minutes take the noddles out of the water and add everything above
Put your noddles in a casserole bowl and put in oven for three more minutes
