We Africans especially Nigerians are wired to withstand heart break and even poverty, but poverty kills you a million times over and over and over just like a coward dies over and over, it is not a state to be desired.

I have seen right dudes die of heart break

One can manage poverty but management of heart break is very poor. Heart break is permanent, even when you pretend to get over it.

When u luk at it critically, heartbreaks do not only come as a result of a lover who left u 4d next sweet thang. No.

Heartbreaks can come frm seeing all u hav struggled 2 build ova d years go down d drain either by miscalculation, market forces or outright SCAM. iNFACT D SCAM is d most gruesome of it all. I have seen ppl develop ulcers, HBP AND EVEN bcom PSCHIATRC patients due 2 scams. It can mk u go crazy if it comes frm sumone u tot cn not hurt a fly lyk ur lover.

Come 2 think of it, a man who is poor can get a job sumdae, bcom comfortable and live his dreams but hw do u console a woman who lost all (4) of her children 2 a driver/engine's malfunction?

i think it depends on your personal orientation, in heartbreak some people become less productive and thus ensues poverty and eventual death
