@Poster, where is the source of your information please. This is the same Lagos Government still struggling to get the roads fixed, and you are now telling us it has money for 100,000 units of a bus that probably cost at about /at least $20,000 each?

i think @ Op meant 10000 not 100000
because it will costs about 4million naira per unit implying a whooping 400billion Naira

i think @ Op meant 10000 not 100000
because it will costs about 4million naira per unit implying a whooping 400billion Naira

even if the number is put at 1000, it is still a huge investment, and causes me to wonder where the claims that Lagos state does not have money to tackle the many road problems really come from.

Not to mention the claims that Lagos State does not have the money to pay their doctors reasonable allowances.


Re-election fever in the air, so they've resumed selling the fantastic ideas to the gullible public.
The LSG should focus more on exploiting rail and water based transport systems to get more and more people off the roads.
