The man was arrested, put through a trial, sentenced and now serves a 21 year term that can be extended indefinitely. Does that look to you like someone who was arrested, 'rehabilitated' and 'reintegrated' into the same society he assaulted/offended within a matter of months? Where is the justice in that and how do you explain that to civilians and innocent members of communities that have been destroyed by those terrorists? It is only that we run a semi-military dictatorship that is not answerable to the electorate that supposedly voted them into office. Why was this rehabilitation and reintegration option not offered IPOB who aren't even terrorists as they are not in the business of mass murder and destruction like Boko haram?
