I fixed my nails for straight 6 months and the addiction reduced, anytime I see my fingers going into my mouth I fix my nails again ,I always buy a pack of nails (lol) .i noticed fear , tension,panick always made me chew my nails .I have lovely nails that whenever I chewed them you wouldn't even notice ,I thank God I have dealt with it .
