He said that “President Goodluck Jonathan in his magnanimity has directed the NA to rebuild all the structures damaged during the encounter, while relief materials have been sent to alleviate the suffering of the people in the area”, and announced that Army Engineers have commenced work, assuring that “within the next one week, construction work will begin in earnest”.

The army rebuilding the houses they destroyed? What a welcome change!
While we must condemn the operations that caused the unnecessary loss of civilian lives at Ayakoromo, it is impossible not to notice Jonathans positive difference in approach.

As for Northern deployments, I'm of the opinion that the whole core North should be under serious military guard after IBB and Atiku's threats. If the wind blows a leaf, shoot the damn thing.

No work has begun,not a spot of construction equipment or contractors or even plans have been drawn up
