I didn't know such designs still exist in this modern age. The design is fraught with security challenges.

I prefer the two in one staircase where a door leads from the stairs to the front balcony, and another door from the stairs to the back balcony.

Well I guess it's a matter of choice, or is there any other reason the owner chose this design? Is it more cost effective?

Well, it's not like that, I would have said more but that will mean a vivid description of the building plans which the architect (who is watching this thread) will not like.

Having completed a substantial portion of the column bases and foundation blinding, we plan to bring in some blocks and commence work on foundation blocks today.
