it is laziness or petty to compare two separate companies that are trying to sell their products... But it all depends on choice and experience, I have used toyota which was very cool but when I got hold of Benz, I knew I will never let go of this people

Mercedes made it clear from the beginning that their cars are not meant for everyone. The two brands are years away from eachother

I don't think it's wise to compare the two, one is mainly exotic, while the other is mainly utility.


OP, try reselling a 2yr old Benz, and a 5yr old Toyota, you might get a clearer view of your answer

toyota isn't necessarily a better company because it sold more units of camry than the whole cars Mercedes sold in a year in US. US isn't the whole world. Besides, I'm sure, Toyota has sold more vehicles than Bentley, Ferrari and Porsche. Does that make Toyota better? There are several factors that influence the choices people make when they want to get a car. Toyota is a very successful brand, no doubt. However, Mercedes is also very very successful and is a world respected brand.

The car was made around 1985 and you still see it today. No car was ever made by Toyota that is as reliable and durable as that car in my opinion.
