Canada and US have bad roads and when drivers get to bad roads or if it snows heavily, the drivers drive according to road conditions.... but in Nigeria drivers are reckless. A good point u should have made is lack of road traffic regulation enforcement.

With these said, blacks are cursed spiritually - check all the nations of the world and see how black majority nations are faring lol.
