But fr, tribalism is a quicker poison compared to racism.
On top of bags of rice, see adults throwing tantrums that has nothing to do with the topic.
But the hate seems like it will never die.

We have the history, tradition, culture, governance, EMPIRE, ancient military powers to show for our acclaimed civilisation.

Show us Igbo own. The Obi of Onitcha was credited by the British so don't mess with me!
I'm sure you wanted to write obi of onitsha was a creation of the British.

No, it wasn't. It has been in existence centuries before the British came to Nigeria.
The first obi was chima in mid 16th century.
British came to Nigeria in the 20th century ie 1901.
400 yrs after. Google is your friend.
I do hate when people misrepresent this and rub the great onitsha monarch with all those British creation.

TOTAL RUBBISH!

Obi of Onitcha was created by the British to try and force through indirect rule on the igbos who had no central authority and no discernible structure of governance. Nearly every street or compound had its own Eze!

Keep your fake history to yourselves.

There is no historical records of these anywhere......,no corroboration from anywhere. who and who reported to the fake obi? Tell us his sphere of influence? We know Oba of Benin, We know Jaja of Opobo, we know all the kings in Yorubaland and their hierarchy or reporting lines. We know all the various kings in the North and their status and reporting lines.

The British did not find anything similar in igboland.......just loose autonomous villages and compounds all totally rudderless, disjointed without any central control. Reasons Igbo find it so difficult to follow rules or order.

Igbos are not anybody's mate in this country. We surpass them in every way and from every angle. The more they marginalised us, the better and richer we become.
