I'm sure if this girl started up a conversation (since the guy couldn't, maybe he's naive or shy) she'd still be alive and well. And possibly living happily ever after with this guy(since that's what she claims she wants) or had the opportunity to do small shakara and won't be online ranting.

He is very likely in the Americas (North or South America). His time is about 6 hours or more behind the girl's (Nigeria's) time, so his greetings are appropriate with regards to his time Zone. Take out about 6hours from the time shown in his messages and see that his greetings were appropriate.
