North can’t complain it’s only south. Because they are the peace loving people that only give regards to uniform men. SARS officers are among the best trained tactical resources of the force, of course they cannot be sent out to go and babysit banks.

The proper thing to do is weed out the bad ones and create a better structure to prevent lawlessness, not getting rid of both the structure and the men.

this process would take a couple of years. from changing the recruitment process to properly checking the excesses of the current ones, phasing them out of the force and reintegrating them to the society. not to mention better welfare (a constable earns less than 50k monthly).
