engineerboat: The PW-5, Engineer Gabriel Iduseri, identified himself as the former South South zonal youth leader of the APC and the present caretaker zonal youth leader of the APC. He tendered a copy of a suit marked FHC/B/CS/124/2016, which the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, previously instituted against Obaseki for allegedly forging his certificate. The witness told the court that the case was subsequently struck out after the time for its determination elapsed. |

Dansuqi:They also stated that the Minister of State for Education had enquired before hand about the situation which was cleared right away to him. They brought in photocopies of different sizes and affirmed that the Certificate was an incomplete photocopy and not a forgery. 1 Like |

Dansuqi:What infractions exactly? Everyone knows electoral matters have time limit. Even if he committed forgery in 2016, how exactly does that affect 2019 elections? Is election a continuum now? |

Fuckyoumod: Didn't you just sound like hypocrite too? When Bayelsa state governor elect under the APC was denied being sworn in and his victory handed over to PDP candidate, wasn't Nigeria having problems too at the time or there was no issue about Buhari's certificate at the time? |

Agboriotejoye: Redirect that to yourself.the case is almost the same.the supreme court made it clear that once you submit a forged document previously,it can always get you disq at any point |

Agboriotejoye: EXHIBIT BL If you send a forged document to INEC in 1990 and it wasn't noticed then, and you remove that document from your materials and contest in 2020; If it is PROVEN by the issuing authority, that what you submitted in 1990 was FORGED, you will be sacked, arrested & prosecuted unless you get a pardon like Salisu Buhari did. Incase you don't know, I will tell you. On INEC forms given to any aspirant, there is a column that states; "Have you ever presented forged documents to INEC" (Yes/No) Even if you participate in that election and lose.....you still fall under category Exhibit BL above. It is normal for every aspirant to say NO |

Dansuqi: That's just a part. Here's the fulcrum of the judgement. Hope you can connect it to this case and see how frivolous that 2016/2020 issue is.

Agboriotejoye: Oga,it seems understanding is a big issue for you.what you posted is just a part of what I posted.what I posted covered everything while yours is partial.no two case is ever the same, they can only be similar.the case of saleh and obaseki are not exactly the same but very similar.saleh committed forgery in 2011 and the court in 2015 still disq.obaseki committed or was alleged to commit forgery in 2016 and his matter is before the court.the only difference is that saleh was already indicted by a court in 2011 while a court has not yet indicted obaseki but there are similarities. The summary is that according to the supreme court,if obaseki committed any forgery even in 1989 while in the process of contestation,he can be removed at any time.so what is your problem? |
