I have not been aware of Umahi's massive tremendous achievements until just about one month ago, but I got the hint he was working governor about 4 years ago when he was late returning to Ebonyi state from a foreign trip as part of Buhari's entourage, but he insisted on keeping his scheduled inspection of a construction project even in darkness of night under torchlight.
I knew then he was a working governor before I even knew he builds flyovers for fun.
