Don't be a dummy, security is 100% political.

The president has failed. Nigeria has an armed force of 445k, Civil defense service of 200k and over 350k police, yet governors and people are not secured in their state.

If the president can't protect Nigerians, then allow them to protect themselves. APC controls the house of assembly , Judiciary and Executive, hence it wouldn't be a problem to pass a bill for armed state police. (now that is a political decision)
