The ones that moves around with cattle might be just 2or 3 in numbers but will move around with hundreds of cattle's now when you challenge them for what their cattle's have destroyed they will give you some time and comes back with their foot soldiers. This time they will come fully armed without their herds.

the sole aim was to fight the herdsmen and dislogde them from the bush, since the police cannot.

the ESN set up camp in the bush and started fighting the herdsmen, suddenly the police and army "swung into action" and started attacking ESN in the same bush that they couldnt enter to combat the herdsmen.....then this anarchy.
