Ths problem of the South is cowardly leaders and cowardly people. If all 17 state govs agree establish vigilante of 10,000 men and arm them with ak 47 and stand toe to toe with the Fed govt. He can.
Many vigilante group that are not even legal are currently armed with pump action rifles.
