Y'all need to understand the difference between bribery and extortion.The Nigerian police extorts money from the citizens, which means that if you refuse to cooperate, you're denied something that should be your right or they could decide to waste your time(even if you have your papers).
Bribery on the other hand involves you initiating it because you want a favour that they don't owe you.For example,you not having your car documents up to date and giving them money.
