I mentioned intersex because the person might be transgender and not gay. Transgender people have a gender identity or gender expression that differs from the sex that they were assigned at birth. Intersex people are born with both sex organs due to that they choose their own gender based on how they feel. My mom is a doctor and she told me how she saw many intersex babies in Nigeria, but because of ignorance doctors force a gender on them. Even doctors in the west are starting to acknowledge that it is unethical to force a gender on intersex people. It's dangerous because if you force the wrong gender on them and that will cause them emotional distress like transgender.
