yemmight: SAP certification without having a grounded knowledge on SAP IDES is a wrong decision as companies prioritise knwldge on IDES than SAP Certification. For a full tutorship on sap using IDES at a cheaper price or getting SAP IDES, Please contact or watsapp me on 08067476665 |

First, I'm relieved I got wind of a thread like this. I'm a Bsc Microbiology graduate with deep interest in HR and personnel mgt. I've been searching for ways to make a crossover to the HR field. I volunteered as an intern in a HR/REC Firm and I must say it was a waste of time. I've been trying to decide on which exams I can take to first set me on track. Th ones I've been told of are only crash courses with quack certification. Please, I'd appreciate any useful and viable info on the right and recognised courses to take. Any other useful advise is so welcome |

I've been looking at the CIPM website in a bid to understand the requisite payments to be made in preparation for the February Diet. At a point, however, I was confounded by these questions: For one, what is 'Exemption fee' and who is required to make the payment? Two, can I pay separately for the study packs? Thank you. Good morning. |

Hi everyone... I need advice on the next step to take in pursuit of a career in HR. I have BSc Administration-human resource management option from the university of Ghana .Graduated in 2014 with a 2" 2. I am above 30 I will have to go for my nysc exemption certificate. I relocated a few months back. I need a job,but I also need to know the certifications that will help me get started. Should I start my masters in HR first or get started with the certifications? I have another degree but I want to work with this. Which Nigerian university is the best for me to get a masters in HR? .I am contemplating doing a weekend masters in HR from the university of Ghana whilst working in Lagos. Not easy but I am considering it. Thanks for your assistance |

Re: Human Resource Professionals: by Nobody: 4:02pm On Jan 03, 2017 |
I suggest you start preparing for Aug diet/exams. CIPM exams hold twice a year. February and August. If you are not sure of yourself or prepared in anyway, instead of wasting money or performing badly... try Aug. If you are sure you can pass Feb diet with little preparation, you may try. 2 Likes |

Good day all I have a passion for HR and I have taken the path toward becoming a HR professional. I have a bachelors of Art degree and also I enrolled for CIPM as well but to conclude the examinations I would very much appreciate if anyone can link me with a HR officer/intern/ trainee job in a well structured organization to learn and imbibe the practical aspect of HRM, I would not mind even if it is in a part time basis as I have a part time job already although not in HRM and willing to let go of it if the organization is willing to take me in as a full time. I am a fast learner and willing to learn, re-learn and un-learn , I am flexible and willing to relocate, I have a high level of integrity and excellent communication skill. getting this job would be fulfilling beyond measures for me. |
