Guy, just be very careful about which medication you use. Those antibiotics can be very powerful and have a detrimental effects on you if care is not taken.

Like someone said earlier try see a dermatologist and hear them out.

I used to have that experience and it was so bad. It was so bad that I saw a dermatologist in the UK, he suggested that I should have my blood tested and later recommended medication and cream to apply.
It comes and goes.

Later, when I moved to the USA, I had to see dermatologist ( specialist) again cos it really gave me concerns.

Guess what the specialist told me? “ it’s in your blood and you will out grow it”.

It’s over 5 years now and the skin issue just disappeared without any medication anymore.

It was so bad that I always had eyin aro, (local herb) with me always regardless where I was.

I wish you best of luck but please be careful of what you apply.

@op, have you tried what the Yorubas call omi aro, it's herbal water, get Ghana black soap, add like 2-3 tablespoon of omiaro, some potash, sheabutter, mix and bath with it, make sure you get a hard sponge and scrub before applying on the affected part, repeat at night and rob after bathing. It could be a bad case of eczema. You can also get sulphur ointment

This is tinea vesicolor, a very common fungal issue here in the warm tropical part of the world. First of all be wary of the soap you use, secondly get a hydraulic fluid and apply it morning and evening. It works! This is not eczema.

Sir, first things first stop the cream you are currently using. At least for one week. Sometimes it's just the bodies way of reacting to creams/lotions we apply. Because you can take all the treatments and drugs as long as you continue using that cream, there won't be changes.

You're wicked! How person go apply benzene benzoate for face?? The hydraulic fluid actually works for this very COMMON fungal infection. Benzene benzoate is for scabies.

Get Fluconazole tabs, 1 daily for 5days.
Also get Dermbact cream, apply 2x daily, let me know after 1 week.

OP, no amount of modern medicines will cure eczema, they only succeed in bleaching your skin. Ask any elderly Yoruba woman in your vicinity to get you Eyin awo(a liquid that peppers your skin on application).
Again, don't waste money on Funbact-A, Skinreal, Dettol and the likes. They won't solve your problem.
