How do we solve this V3's 'big-buy' delusion syndrome? We're here thinking of what to do about Nasri and this negro is on sum 'Let's buy Benzema'.
Like seriously?? Is that why we're here?
That's how he said we should sell Fabregas and get Toulalan.

The British press keeps feeding him with B.S and he keeps swallowing it.

I think its a season for misyarns, even oga Adams has added his own

"No disrespect to Arsene, but George's coaching ability, defensive structure and technical ability, for me, is far better,'' Adams told the Daily Mirror. ''It's his strength, and that was George's particular strength. I think Wenger is a magnificent physiologist and psychologist. Those are the areas where he excels."

Adams, who is currently coaching in Azerbaijan, won two league titles under Graham and the Double twice under Wenger.

"Maybe not this year, but next season, I might have a chance of winning the Azerbaijan league title with Gabala and going into the Champions League qualifying rounds," he added. "We could even play Arsenal, but they are struggling to get in the top five now, aren't they? Who knows?''
Re: Arsenal Fans Thread (for Arsenal Fans) by proudly9ja(m): 10:15am On Jun 10, 2011
Arsene Wenger is slowly getting to that point I predicted years back, where every one including his 'In Arsene we trust' brigade turns against him
Re: Arsenal Fans Thread (for Arsenal Fans) by proudly9ja(m): 10:20am On Jun 10, 2011
Lee Dixon:

"I said at the start of last year that someone who has been there, done it - in the Patrick Vieira-type mould, but someone who is playing more at the peak of his powers. I'm quite friendly with Clarence Seedorf and I talked to him and said 'you'd be perfect for us because younger players like Jack Wilshere would look at you when things are going wrong'. At the moment Jack's looking round and even [captain Cesc] Fabregas to a certain extent when things aren't going quite right. There are no obvious leaders to say 'right, this is what we need to do'. It might not work of course but at the moment there doesn't seem to be a plan when their great football is not paying dividends; if it's 0-0 or they go behind, there's no real Plan B.

I don't think we need to say anything on the bold parts anymore. Anyone who doesn't agree, well, undecided undecided
Re: Arsenal Fans Thread (for Arsenal Fans) by Nobody: 10:24am On Jun 10, 2011
Lee is on a roll

"With that in mind, perhaps it is the right time for Cesc to move on — for his own sake and for the good of the club."

Get off your high horse jare. .  grin tongue
If Nasri decides to 'quit/leave/jump ship'. . you wan stop am? undecided. .same goes for Fab too. Players come, players GO, thats how it darn is!! You can't keep em (quality players) tied to a trophyless club forever. .na jazz? undecided

Fab has been here for God knows how long. .shown his commitment but something somewhere just ain't right and we keep losing out. Now, the kid wants to move-on, we're all here peeing in our panties. .If Arsenal had won a trophy this season, this rubbish wouldn't EVEN be happening, plus it's his dream to 'one-day' play for Barcelona and he's just 24. .why waste it all in a club you've kept trying and trying for 6years when you can win it somewhere else (We know Barcelona is guaranteed a trophy each season so don't conjure up them lame IFs)

And if i remember correctly. .the argument was about Ramsey stepping in to replace Fab. .Is it possible? YES! Afterall Fab replaced someone. .so he CAN be replaced with in-house or an established buy, it'll be tough but shitt, we've had worse(lost Flam, found Song. .lost Hleb, found Nasri. .lost Ashley, found Clichy(well tongue) . .it can only get better.

About Nasri, if he does sign. .GOOD for Arsenal! if he doesn't. .fork it, we cash-in and go shopping. .there'll ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS be BETTER breeds out there that can get the job done. 1 stellar season he's had and suddenly, he wants to earn the same or higher than Cesc/RvP. .is he forking drunk

About Benzema, we know he shits on what we have in stock. .bar RvP at the moment so is it wrong to have him? undecided. I support the Gervinho move (if its true) but with the ACN coming up and RvP's injury ish. .do we need an african upfront? undecided

Oh you're so smart because you predicted that a time will come when the leader of a football enterprise will be subject to doubts from the fans.
Are you Nostradamus in disguise?? You want credit for that??

How about you predict . . . do you think it will rain at one time or the other this winter??
Re: Arsenal Fans Thread (for Arsenal Fans) by chuckdee4(m): 10:44am On Jun 10, 2011
Word has it that Wenger has landed Southampton's Alex Oxdale-Chamberlain, not exactly our most pressing need at the mo, but no doubt a good acquisition. Can anyone confirm this is true?

Saw him against Man U in the FA Cup and the guy was quite impressive

@v3

For someone who is a moderator on the Sports Section your level of lay man talk is amusing.

So because you can't keep them forever means you should sell them and get Toulalan?? Abi which kain pub-gist be this?? Nasri says he wants to go, we'll sell him too. If RVP says he misses the Red light district of Amsterdam, we sell him too. Let's just sell everyone and get 'established' players.

And what happens when the 'established' players say they don't like our shade of red, we sell them too??

The fact that you honestly think Barcelona would have backed off if we won the league this season is hilarious too.

It's alright though . . . it's your club too.

Exactly. . . if Fabregas leaves, he goes with 6 years of planning. . . see how much Nasri has adapted too, even Walcott, but no, let's sell them and buy Toulalan.
Re: Arsenal Fans Thread (for Arsenal Fans) by v3: 11:31am On Jun 10, 2011
You would rather frustrate a player than let him leave. .is that what you're saying? undecided
Fab wants to leave. .una no gree. How does this help the team?, knowing that his heart longs to be somewhere else? undecided

Even if he does play. .will he give 100% ? Dude was MIA against Barca, Wilshere stepped-in and did his job. Fab is an excellent player no doubt, the best we've had in recent time but he's got the clean the cobwebs in his head and concentrate on his role as. ATM,he's a captain who drops his head when we go a goal down, a captain that has no voice.

Nasri says he wants better pay. .una no gree, he flirts with the idea of a move. .some get angry. If he decides not to sign ANY contract with Arsenal. .what'll you do? undecided

YES!!!!!!!!! What's my business with the player's state of mind?
A professional player will still give his all whether or not he likes the team, ask Fergie.

You think there's any player in this world that doesn't want to play in Real Madrid or Barca??

I've heard you. .we'll keep Cesc, Nasri and everyone. .like we've done for the past 6 season. God grant us life we see what happens by may next year.

how many times do you have to say no for barcelona to get the message.

Aribisala abeg swallow your theories jare. When has Fabregas ever acted disrespectful towards the club? He said he wanted to go back to Spain, we said we still needed him, he kept his mouth shut and got back to work. So the silly season of summer transfers was crucial time to you?
