First, the Igbos never said they don't want cows. It was an illegal militant group called Ipob that made the declaration. How about if the north says they don't want Igbos in their land would that also be legal? Any Igbo man can decide not to buy cows but if the life or property of any cattle dealer is threatened then it's an act of war.
