And do you think any security agency in the world will just handover any of their officers, let alone a top ranking officer to another country on the basis of extradition on the platter? You need to understand the mindset of an average criminal in Nigeria, especially those in govt or security agencies. Their thinking is that everyone is in on it because the system is so rotten.
