For your question on which one would Osun State citizens prefer. That question should have been answered during election! People should vote parties and candidates based on their policies. Citizens prefer investment on infrastructure, they vote candidates and parties that promise that. They prefer more investment on welfare, they vote parties and candidates that promises that.

However, even countries that practices high capitalism, social welfare is not neglected. Also, any country that neglects investment in infrastructure will blame herself in the future. It should always be mixed.

On naptu2's question, I think there should be a proper dialog between the governed and the governor. Tell the people the benefits of the two options. Let them select which one they prefer but let posterity judge them for what they prefer.

For me, I prefer infrastructure development.
