Who on his right senses would upload a lady's picture and chats when she request for money from him. Nairaland is same as those loan sharks in disquise..., you ask a lady for a sex chat, when she declines the next minute you start sending derogative words or when a guy is confident towards his stands you tame him a redpiller wannabe, these nonsense has to stop.., we should learn how to use words and show respect to ourselves regardless of the faceless forum. If you are backlashed by any member do well to report to the mods and they will sort it out. Than taking the laws into your hands FERNANDEZISBACK: 1 Like |

Our cyber space have been invaded by unscrupulous loan sharks whose greed stink up to the high Heavens and this has become a menace to society. If unchecked, this will result to another #EndSars like protest due to the sheer impudence and extreme levels these guys are ready to descend to make extra bucks at the detriment of our polity. Who charges 30% to 90% interest in 1 month? As I rightly read somewhere not even US companies can give you that on huge Investments per annum. If a borrower defaults, you must have had some sort of collateral if truly you're operating legally ? However for them to resort to blackmail and defamation shows that they operate against the laws of the state and must be stopped. Imagine the number of people who have committed suicide and those who have developed strange high blood pressures because of these thieves. I am fully in support of the government. There are a few loan companies who would NEVER defame you no matter what, their concise and consciously smart system would require that they treat their customers with respect even in the face of delayed payment. The greedy ones who defame people as a tool for loan collection in my opinion, their ban is long overdue and now they cry fowl forgetting that this is their undoing. No Nigerian citizen can go to China, hire Chinese Nationals and make them defame Chinese Citizens. See na once the Chinese government go lock everyone involved. Yet these Chinese guys come here and use our own people as Mules to defame and kill Nigerian citizens because of mere loan given illegally. Let us not undermine our government because na how we make the outside world see us, na so dem go see us. No one is saying don't pay what you owe, BUT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT either by law of morals to defame a Citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria sake of say Them never pay one small loan. Nigerian Government please keep fighting for the sovereignty of your state else these Chinese guys who most of them own these apps will rubbish your polity. |

I just wanna make reference. These loan sharks are fully out to make multiple millions from the poor, most times they sent spam messages to the customers enticing them and afterwards they issue loans to you without you knowing they are making double profit from you in a giving time Banning these loans sharks shouldn't be the only step the nigeria government should make, they should also trace their operating accounts from the cbn database and end this nonsense LadyTruthOnly: |

Frank25: Absolutely apt. They offer these loans to unsuspecting members of the public with a sweet watered-down tongue however, when it's time to get their monies back, they turn Hell boy on Ghost rider's fury. One day, one week or even one hour late payment and the borrower is tagged a terrorist, a scammer, a fugitive from the law and in some very dastardly cases tagged dead. There is no depth these guys wouldn't go to defame a loan defaulter and this like I stated earlier is their unfortunate undoing. Any police man wey involved himself in these loan app debt collection will be in hot soup especially now that the government is visibly not smiling with these loan thieving companies. There is no where in the world you smother or intimidate people to pay a loan. There are ethical best practices that works but you see these guys, they are out for blood and they care less who or what is eliminated in its wake as they carry out their evil plans. Kudos to the Nigerian Government #NIGERIANGOVERNMENT for these solid steps in eradicating these wolves in wolves clothing One recently sent a message that they'll send assasins in a coded language after a debtor I saw the message. So all their paid agents online I understand your frustrations but be very smart in this regard, once the government shines her torch light fully into your pay masters illicit and unsavoury activities, you all are going down including you their mules. You cannot fight the Government in this, the people support her. |

Maynman: That small percentage they offered for pay you won't come you'll see because people are no longer paying back or using your pay masters' services because you the agents have been manipulated and blindsided by greed and the megre percentage you get from each successful murder disguised in the form of loan retrieval ( Defamation) that you carry out Guys out there, if they try to use the police to push their agenda, make sure both the Inspector and Corporal kn that station are reported, they will be sacked |
