Sad that the billions and billions allocated to that region yearly as 13% oil derivative gets embezzled by your kinsmen. They could easily build an 'Abuja' there if they'd stop stealing from their own people.

Don't complain when the FG actually puts the money to good use.
I totally agree with you

Is Abuja the most beautiful city in West Africa?
Re: Welcome To Abuja, Most Beautiful City In West Africa by Ofodirinwa: 2:30am On Apr 04, 2022

13% derivation can't turn any state in the Niger Delta to Abuja.

Billions of dollars(oil money) have been spent on Abuja since 1990. There was a time oil was used to pay Julius Berger to construct roads in Abuja.

The Niger Delta collectively chose to take 13% so even that 13% should be blamed on the above mentioned kinsmen. Countries all over the world advance without a drop of oil

Garbage. At most you can say Abidjan city center/business district is more built up than Abuja's. But in terms of the entire city, Abidjan is just like other West African cities, with many dusty roads with open drains and no sidewalks. ABUJA is different.

Abuja has more dusty and unfinished roads for a country's capital.. photo's shown here are just around Central Area.

Take a walk to Mpape, Lokogoma, Karmo, Apo-Dutse, Kwali, Kuje, Deidei, Dutse, Bwari,
Even in the said central area has many unfinished flyover projects they won't show you.

OP NICE ONE but please leave central area alone and visit the other area councils then we can talk.

The list is endless

That's what the whole Nigeria choose to give the Niger Delta. Not every country all over the world advance without a drop of oil. Countries like Japan, South Korea etc have done it with the support of the West.

Norway won't be this rich without their oil.

Sweden is 4x as richer than Norway w/o oil
Denmark equal to Norway, no oil.

The Niger Delta came to the negotiation table and chose 13%, pipeline contracts, scholarships for militants, and the vice presidency.
This is documented history that we all lived through. They can of course renegotiate. Every group in Nigeria is being cheated by Nigeria but only the Niger Delta negotiated the terms and conditions of their own armed robbery.

A liar like you always comes along. Where do they drag your type out of?

You can cry all you like, but these are old pictures of central mosque and park. El rufai did a good job then. Abuja is now filled with dusty roads and increased slum areas.
The truth hurts

Beautiful without security

Abuja is a very secured place. It's hard to hear much about crimes in Abuja. Abuja is one of the safest places I know in Nigeria and I live there for years.

Why argue blindly? What that guy told you is the simple truth. In a few more years if Nigeria gets it right, Abuja will be the best. For now, Abidjan is not only more built up, it is finer than Abuja. If argue, please travel and see.

Is Abuja no longer Nigeria's capital city.
Is the city no longer the Central City of all Nigerians?

Why take it personal as if Abuja belongs to a particular people or person.
