The Windows-10 in my computer failed to sign-in after I had successfully inputted my CORRECT password. I have already tried to log in more than 120 times, but it is refusing to sign me in, and now, I cannot use my computer again. It continued returning with the response: “The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.” “User profile cannot be loaded.” “...OK...” ... .. Had anyone encountered such a problem before?? What is the cause of it?? Please how best can I solve the problem? 7 Likes

Could be partitions on the WIN10 files have been corrupted or failed due to a recent update you downloaded but didn’t finalized! Try to boot on safe mood first! If it says the same, you need to reinstall WIN10. However, safe mode will help you to save/recover your data. 42 Likes |

This shows that that the service responsible for signing you on is unable to run. I'd suggest you reinstall windows, but keep your files. You just have to reinstall your programs. Or Get a Windows update iso, run a bootable disk and update Windows. Meanwhile, I develop mobile and websites business solutions. 33 Likes |

Reset your laptop if you have nothing on it. I can help you with this sign in.... Issue Contact me... For free It has a two sign in option.. One is online the other one is offline.. Click the offline option and try your password again... It should work(you're probably trying the online option. Well I'm speaking from experience. Don't know if it will work for you 1 Like |
